How much is delivery fee?

Enjoy free standard shipping for orders over $120.

Standard shipping from $10.60 for orders under $120.
Express delivery also available from $14.10.

What is the delivery timeframes?

Delivery times will be vary depending on your location. Below is an estimated guide for when you can expect delivery of your parcel; 

Standard delivery:
Sydney Metro: 1 - 3 business days after dispatch
NSW Regional: 2 - 5 business days after dispatch
Outside NSW: 3 - 5 business days after dispatch 

Express delivery:
Sydney Metro: 1 - 2 business days after dispatch
NSW Regional: 1 - 2 business days after dispatch
Outside NSW: 1 - 3 business days after dispatch 

*Delivery times may be longer than normal for orders placed during sale events like Black Friday and Boxing Day. Please allow extra time for delivery during these peak periods. 
*Once orders are places, modifications, additions, or cancellations cannot be made. 
*If you make a purchase during the weekend or on a public holiday, it will be processed on the following business day (Monday to Friday).

Can my parcel deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers?

Delivery options include PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers. In situations where you are unable to be present at home to receive the delivery, we recommend considering your workplace or providing an alternate address to ensure safe receipt of your parcel if it cannot be left securely.

Do you ship worldwide?

We're sorry. Currently, orders made through our website are limited to delivery within Australia. We do not provide international shipping services at the moment.

How long is dispatch time?

We make every effort to process and dispatch all online orders within 1-2 business days from the moment the order is placed, unless otherwise specified. After dispatch, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Your order will then be delivered according to the specified delivery schedule. 

*Please note that during peak periods such as sales, public holidays, or the day after public holidays, dispatch times may be extended.

How to track my order?

Upon successfully completing your transaction and placing an approved order, a confirmation containing the order details will be sent to you. Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive an email including your tracking information. This email will provide a link that allows you to track your order.
