The terms and conditions stated below are applicable to all discount codes provided on our website, social media channels, marketing materials, and email communications (unless specified otherwise):
- Only a single discount code can be utilized per order.
- Discount codes cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.
- Each customer is limited to using a discount code only once.
- All offers are subject to availability.
Bowtique Decor retains the right to modify, withdraw, or extend offers at any time, without prior notice.
Pricing
All prices listed on the Bowtique Decor website are stated in Australian Dollars ($).
All retail prices include 10% GST which is clearly recorded on the final invoice.
Bowtique Decor holds the authority to modify or raise prices at its own discretion without prior notification. A delivery fee will be applied to all orders before payment, unless the order qualifies for Free Delivery as per the conditions outlined in the Shipping section. Bowtique Decor strives to maintain precise pricing and descriptions for all the products and services it offers.
Missing, Incomplete or Damaged Orders
If your order does not arrive within the specified timeframe or arrives incomplete, and the confirmation email or accompanying paperwork does not provide a satisfactory explanation, please notify us within 3 working days. For returns of faulty or damaged products, kindly send us an email at hello@bowtiquedecor.com.au with your order number and a photo as evidence of the damage. We will then provide instructions on how to arrange a refund or replacement. Please note that if you knowingly accept a damaged package, it must be clearly indicated on the courier driver's signature terminal for our records.

If your order fails to arrive within 30 working days from the date of placing the order, we consider it lost. Failure to report the non-arrival within this timeframe, when we have a delivery signature from our courier, will prevent us from claiming a loss from the courier and consequently replacing your items.
In the highly unlikely event that your order is not received and is "lost in the post," please contact us, and we will conduct a thorough investigation into the cause and circumstances of the loss. Once we confirm that the item is indeed lost, we will arrange for redelivery, which may take up to 30 days from the original posting date.
However, if you prefer us to dispatch your order immediately, you will be responsible for the associated costs until our courier completes the claim process. Failure to cooperate with us or our courier during the investigation may jeopardize your claim for loss. If your missing order arrives, and you fail to inform us within seven days of delivery, you will be liable for the costs of both the original and replacement orders.
Returns & Refunds
We hope that you will be delighted with all item you receive from us. However, if you happen to receive a faulty or damaged product, we kindly request that you send us an email within 7 days of receiving it. Please email us at hello@bowtiquedecor.com.au and provide your order number, a photo as evidence of the damage, as well as your phone number and email address.
Please be aware that we can only accept returns of items that are in unused and resalable condition, exactly as they were received, unless the return is due to damage, a fault, or receiving items that were not ordered.

Refunds or replacements will only be processed once we have received the returned goods at our premises. The return postage cost will only be refunded if the return is due to damage, a fault, or receiving items that were not ordered. Please include the receipt for the return delivery charge in the package or scan and email us a copy at hello@bowtiquedecor.com.au.
It's important to note that this returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Any refunds will be processed within 30 days from the time you notify us, following our terms and conditions. You are entitled to cancel any payment at any time if fraudulent use has been made of your credit or debit card by someone other than yourself or acting as your agent. In such cases, we will credit you to the extent that such sums are not reimbursed by the card issuer.
